BioConstruct NewEnergy Secures Three-Year ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Certification Renewal

IMS-ISO-9001 ISO-14001 ISO-45001 certification

We’re proud to share that BioConstruct NewEnergy, part of the BIOCON Group, has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) certifications.

This achievement for the business locks in a full three-year certification cycle, demonstrating the maturity of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and reaffirming our commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

While this renewal currently covers BioConstruct NewEnergy, our long-term goal is to align all Biocon Group companies under the same ISO framework ensuring consistency, accountability, and high standards across our entire organisation.

A Commitment to Excellence

Operating anaerobic digestion (AD) sites across the UK, BioConstruct NewEnergy delivers reliable, safe, and sustainable renewable energy services and brings years of operational experience to the renewable energy sector. Whether managing day-to-day site operations, responding to outages, or meeting environmental, health, and safety obligations, our team consistently performs to the highest standards.

The renewed certification confirms that our systems meet international best practice requirements — and that we uphold those standards every day, not just during audits.

What the Standards Mean for Us

  • ISO 9001: Quality Management – Meeting customer and regulatory requirements while enhancing satisfaction.

  • ISO 14001: Environmental Management – Reducing our environmental impact and improving efficiency.

  • ISO 45001: Health & Safety Management – Proactively improving safety, reducing risks, and creating better workplaces.

Why It Matters

ISO certification is more than a badge — it a clear signal to clients, partners, and stakeholders that:

  • We operate with professionalism, transparency, and control.

  • Our systems are built on a solid foundation of risk management and continuous improvement

  • We prioritise quality, sustainability, and the wellbeing of our people.

The move to a three-year cycle also shows external confidence in the consistency and strength of our processes.

“Securing our ISO certifications isn’t just about passing an audit , it’s a reflection of the standards we set every day on site and across our operations. It shows that quality, safety and sustainability are all part of how we work. I’m proud of the team for continuing to raise the bar.”
